Delivery Options

Clauser Furniture sells merchandise directly off of our showroom floor for immediate delivery, or we will gladly special order your furniture for you. To obtain your furniture, you may either pick up your purchase at our store or you may prefer the convenience of having your furniture delivered by our courteous and knowledgeable delivery personnel.

Customer Pickup

If you choose to pick up your purchase at our Berne location, we kindly ask for 24 hours' notice. In that time, your merchandise will be carefully inspected and tested, if applicable, and securely wrapped. We will assist in loading it, but you are responsible for securing the merchandise in your vehicle or trailer. We have limited moving supplies, so please bring your own pads, ropes, or tie downs for transportation purposes.

"White Glove Delivery"

All of our quality furniture is delivered via "White Glove Delivery". This means that your new furniture is placed in your home, unpacked, inspected, assembled and tested. In addition, all debris is removed. This process ensures that your furniture arrives without damage and is set-up according to manufacturer's specifications. We will deliver anywhere in the United States. The exact furniture delivery cost is calculated based upon the distance of your home from our Berne location and will be included in the sales invoice or quote.
