Shipping options and charges:
Shipping costs are figured in the provided quote. All furniture is shipped by "White Glove Delivery". This means the furniture is placed indoors, unpacked, assembled, and all debris is removed. This ensures the furniture arrives without damage and is set-up according to manufacturers specifications.
Lamps, accessories, and some small accent pieces may ship by UPS and require minimal assembly.
Please allow 2-4 weeks after the furniture is picked up from the factory to arrive at your home depending on your location.
Returns:
Please be sure of your purchase as we do not allow refunds or returns. Our retail showroom and warehouse cannot accomodate the extra or special order inventory.
Damage Claims:
Please note all damage on the bill of lading or delivery slip. Once the delivery is made and the driver has left, Clauser Furniture and the freight company cannot be held responsible for any damages.
